Schedule & Age DIVISIONS:

19 and over women 6 km (approx. 3.5 miles) 8:00 a.m.
8 years & under (2011 & later) 2 km (approx.1.24 miles) 10:00 a.m.
9-12 years (2007-2010) 3 km (approx. 1.86 miles) 10:30 a.m.
13-14 years (2005-2006) 4 km (approx. 2.48 miles) 11:00 a.m.
15-18 years (2001-2004) 5 km (approx. 3 miles) 11:30 a.m.
Eligibility Requirements:
Individuals: A current USATF membership is required to compete. Proof of Birth (copy of birth certificate, passport, certified baptismal record, driver’s license, or U.S. government identification) is required and must be submitted prior to registration and participation.
Teams: Only registered USATF member clubs may enter a team. All athletes representing the club must be affiliated with that club as part of their USATF membership. To enter a team, a club must complete the team entry/declaration process during online registration. Only athletes listed on the team roster are eligible to represent the club at the Association, Regional or National championships.
Note: Effective Immediately: According to rule 3 (f) Cross Country Qualifying Procedures – high school and collegiate athletes must compete in the Association Championships as long as the Association Championships is greater than 48 hours from the high school or collegiate championships.
TEAM SCORING: Eight (8) athletes on the team may be declared as scoring athletes. The top five (5) finishers among the declared runners will score.
COMPETITION BIB NUMBERS: All competitors must wear their assigned bib numbers during competition chest-high on the front of their jerseys. Bib numbers will be distributed to athletes during packet pick-up.

Notes:
- Day of meet entries will not be allowed for youth.
- Masters and Open athletes may register day of meet. Registration closes at
7:30 a.m.
EVENT RESULTS: During competition, event results will be posted at the event site. Final event results will be posted at www.usatfillinois.org.
AWARDS:
- USATF Junior Olympic medals will be awarded to the top 15 individuals in each
age division.
- Masters and Open medals will be awarded to the top three (3) finishers in each
age group.
ADVANCEMENTS: Youth: - Top 30 individuals and top five (5) teams in each age group advances to the USATF Region 7 Championships to be held on Sunday, November 24, 2019, in Nashville, Indiana, Eagle Park. The Masters & Open National Championships are held on various dates based on distances contested which started September 8, 2019.
ONLINE REGISTRATION: The registration site is: www.athletic.net. The registration deadline is Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. For youth, the fees are paid online via a credit/debit card or electronic check.
For Masters & Open, registration can be online or mailed. The registration form is available at www.usatfillinois.org. The fees can be paid online or paid on day of meet.

ENTRY FEES :
All Individual Entries: $10.00 per athlete.
Day of meet: $15.00 per athlete Masters & Open only.
Team Entries: Team entries are charged at the individual rate.
