Schedule & Age DIVISIONS:

8 years & under (2014 and later)	2 km (approx.1.24 miles)	10:00 a.m.
9-12 years (2010-2013)	3 km (approx. 1.86 miles)	10:30 a.m.
13-14 years (2008-2009)	4 km (approx. 2.48 miles)	11:00 a.m.
15-18 years (2004-2007)	5 km (approx. 3 miles)	11:30 a.m.

Eligibility Requirements:

Individuals: A current USATF membership is required to compete. Proof of Birth (copy of birth certificate, passport, certified baptismal record, driver’s license, or U.S. government identification) is required and must be submitted prior to registration and participation. Memberships can be purchased at the USATF Connect site. Proof of birth for new members can be uploaded at time of purchase.

Teams: Only registered USATF member clubs may enter a team. All athletes representing the club must be affiliated with that club as part of their USATF membership. To enter a team, a club must complete the team entry/declaration process during online registration. Only athletes listed on the team roster are eligible to represent the club at the Association, Regional or National championships.

TEAM SCORING: Eight (8) athletes on the team may be declared as scoring athletes. The top five (5) finishers among the declared runners will score.

COMPETITION BIB NUMBERS: All competitors must wear their assigned bib numbers during competition chest-high on the front of their jerseys. Bib numbers and chiips will be distributed to athletes during packet pick-up.

Note: Day of meet entries are not allowed.

EVENT RESULTS: During competition, event results will be posted at www.results.adkinstrak.com. Final event results will be posted at www.usatfillinois.org.

AWARDS:

- USATF Junior Olympic medals will be awarded to the top 15 individuals in each age division.

ONLINE REGISTRATION: The registration site is: https://www.athletic.net/CrossCountry/meet/212111/register. The registration deadline is Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at 11:59 pm (CST). Fees are paid online via a credit/debit card or electronic check.

All correspondence must be received by Tuesday, November 15th, at 5:00 p.m.

ENTRY FEES:

All Individual Entries: $15.00 per athlete.
Team Entries: Team entries are charged at the individual rate.

ADVANCEMENTS: Top 30 individuals and top five (5) teams in each age group advances to the USATF National Junior Olympics Cross Country Championships, December 10, 2022, College Station, Texas. All eligible athletes must declare and pay for advancement entries at the following site: www.athletic.net.

COVID: COVID impact, if any, will be addressed in a separate communication closer to the event date.
