SCHEDULE & AGE DIVISIONS: 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  

Individuals: A current USATF membership is required to compete.  Proof of Birth (copy of birth certificate, passport, certified baptismal record, driver’s license, or U.S. government identification) is required and must be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to close of registration. This allows time for the national office to process the verification.

Teams: Only current, registered USATF member clubs may enter a team.  All athletes representing the club must be affiliated with that club as part of their USATF membership. To enter a team, a club must complete the team entry/declaration process during online registration. Only athletes listed on the team roster are eligible to represent the club at the Association, Regional or National championships. 

TEAM SCORING: Eight (8) athletes on the team may be declared as scoring athletes.  The top five (5) finishers among the declared runners will score.  

COMPETITION BIB NUMBERS: All competitors must wear their assigned bib numbers during competition chest-high on the front of their jerseys.  Bib numbers will be distributed to athletes during packet pick-up. 

SCHEDULE: Packet pick-up will start at 8:00 am and will be available until the start of the last race.  A course walk through will begin at 9:00 am. Course maps for each distance will be provided.

Notes: Day of meet entries are not allowed. 

 
EVENT RESULTS: During competition, live results will be posted online. Final event results will be posted at www.usatfillinois.org. Go Association Championships/All Results.

AWARDS: USATF Junior Olympic medals will be awarded to the top 30 individuals in each age division. 

ADVANCEMENTS: Youth: - Top 30 individuals and top five (5) teams in each age group advances to the USATF National Junior Olympic Championships, December 14, 2024, Shelbyville, Indiana.

All eligible athletes must declare and pay for advancement entries at the following site:  www.athletic.net. 

ONLINE REGISTRATION: The registration site is:   

https://www.athletic.net/CrossCountry/meet/250226/info. The registration deadline is Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Registration fees are paid online via a credit/debit card or electronic check.

ENTRY FEES: 

  All Individual Entries: $15.00 per athlete. 
  Team: Team entries are charged at the individual rate.
