CHAMPIONSHIP SITE:

 

 

 

 

Lewis University, in the SW Chicago suburb of Romeoville near the I-355 and I-80. A new $4.5M, 9-lane, wide radius, polyurethane track that is one of only two IAAF-certified tracks in Illinois, with excellent throwing and jumping facilities. 
 

Only spikes not exceeding ¼” will be allowed. No radios, glass containers, smoking, tobacco, or alcoholic beverages are allowed within the facility. Food concessions will be available on-site.

AGE-DIVISIONS:

 

 

Open Division- Age 19-29 Masters Division- Age 30+

Open and masters competitors will compete together, but there will be separate awards for each age-division.

AWARDS:

 

 

USATF Association Championship medals will be awarded to the first 3 place-winners in each event in the following men’s and women’s age-divisions: Open, 19-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

 

TIMING:

Fully automatic timing by Finish Lynx. 

ENTRY FEE:

 

Entry fee $15.00 for the first event and $10.00 for each additional event. Entry fees cannot be transferred or refunded.

USATF MEMBERSHIP:

 

All competitors must be a 2013 member of USA Track & Field.  A current 2013 membership number will be required to submit an online meet entry. Athletes can join or renew their memberships at www.usatf.org/membership/application.  

ENTRY PROCEDURE & DEADLINE:

 

All entries must be made on-line athttp://coachoregistration.comby 11:59pm PDT on Wednesday, June 12. There is no meet day registration.Athletes must be entered as “unattached” if they are not members of a USATF-registered club. Pre-meet entries will beposted at http://usatfillinois.org/events.

CHECK-IN:

 

 

 

 

RUNNING EVENTS: 45-minutes prior to the scheduled start of each running event, competitors must check-in at the CLERKS TENT near the finish line—after which those who have not checked-in will be scratched.   20 minutes prior to each running event, runners must return to the Clerk to pick-up their hip number and heat assignment.

 FIELD EVENTS: 45-minutes prior to the event, competitors much check-in with the Head Judge.

Certification of implements:

Throwing implements will be certified behind the press box from 10:45-11:45am.

PARKING:

Campus parking is free.

RESULTS:

Copies of results will be posted event by event on-site and after the meet at www.usatfillinois.org.
